Hi Guys,
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how I can get a copy of proconvert?
http://www.strangebrain.com/v2/Products.ph...duct=ProConvert I have a little project that has been started in After Effects (mocked up) and it would be great to move it over to Shake (without having to start from scratch, its a basic comp, just a lot of layers moved, resized and timed in particular ways, ...I'd finish the whole thing in AE, but the client runs shake and wants to be able to make small tweaks at the end of the day, so yeah, hence needing to go to shake). I have been trying to get in contact with Francois Sugny who wrote it, but to no avail (am guessing he's pretty busy on a film, so its not surprising).
I'm picking it won't work overly well coming out of AE7 (but the project was done in an older version of AE, so that shouldn't be a problem).
Any suggestions for getting in touch with Francois would be most appreciated (as I can't even register on his site to put a plea out on his forum) as i really am keen to give it a go if it will save me a few hours redoing everything in Shake.

Okay, managed to catchup with Francois, and he will be placing ProConvert (its for Mac OSX, AE6, ...I am thinking of maybe trying to update the code for AE7) on his site sometime in the near future if anyone else is interested in this wee app. :-)

Hey Guys,
well Francois has done something pretty cool and posted not only the compiled after effects ProConvert add-on on his site for free downloading, but also the source code (in the hopes someone might be able to keep the project going, updating it for AE7, etc).
http://www.strangebrain.com/v2/Products.php?TheProduct=ProConvert Currently it has been compiled to work in AE6.5 for OSX on Mac. If you find the utility useful, please make a donation to Francois for his efforts, and if you modify and update the code, if you can send him a copy too he'd appreciate it.
