Most of you here already know Michael as CaptainMench as he's been contributing for quite some time to this forum. He's got a few Shake tutorials in our library. Click on his picture to find more about Michael or find links to the tutorials.
Michael is one nice, helpful guy. Thanks for joining us.

Well, first let me say that your 3 tutorials are WAY above Gnomon's. The last Gnomon I remember seeing is color correction, and its basically just a groceries list of nodes (he just lists node by node what it does), without giving examples that are useful in the real world (getting yellow flowers to be green just doesnt cut it for me).
Along comes Capt Mench, who does AMAZING, clear, SUPER useful tutorials.
One huge reproach to you: WHERE ARE THE OTHER ONES?? We want more!!
Congratulations, thanks for the tutorials youve already made,... and I cant wait till you churn out a few more!

Thanks -- I must say that these tutorials came at a very slow time work-wise for me. I wasn't traveling... etc. That and the apple announcement of the price break gave me perfect timing to get these out. Not all that in production value... 3 times thru, grab a script... hope it works kind of thing.
Originally I had only planned on 5 anyway with the addition of keying and a multi plane one (and one more maybe for grins). Well - some things happened at work that set us back a bit and got caught up in that.
I might still see if I can't get a good keying one done soon. I hate all the keying tutorials in the manuals and the Paolini book... for me they miss a mighty powerful step that just makes sense to me. We'll see...
