Morphing Tutorials??

I've spent the last 1 1/2 hours searching the Shake tutorials and the internet. I cannot find a simple "How To" run through of the Warp Tab- specifically Morphing.
Can anyone tell this total beginner to this application how I can find this info?

click the download shake script and images link., it will download a DMG file that has the files.
you will need to extract the 3 files and then open the shake script. relink the images to the proper path where you copied the 3 items to and it all works.
the big issue is the keyframing of the effect. thats what causes the morph to happen. once the target and starting images are known, the morph node just isolates the areas to change. without touching the other image areas.
