FileIn Errors - even with patch

Hi there
I'm still having trouble importing some footage which has been captured using a Decklink HD card.
The system captures using Apple's 8bit Codec in SD which is what my footage is.
I've applied the patch from Apple "AppleUncompressed422Codec" but this doesn't seem to do anything as I still can't see my files in Shake 3.5. The node comes in error and displays a blank.
I've made sure my naming is correct with a .mov at the end, I've even tried moving the files to another drive to see if Shake didn't like the directory but still no go.
