The AJA Io HD supports 1080PsF 23.98, 1080PsF 24, 1080p 23.98 and 1080p 24. Since the type of video monitor being used isn't mentioned, please be aware that PsF will not be compatible with HDMI connected monitors and some consumer/prosumer monitors do not support 23.98 or 24 fps material.
