iTunes style scrolling image

How can I create an iTunes style (carousel) of images. In other words, have a series of images, each coming forward from 1 side and going back on the other side. An additional aspect, is to have a bottom reflection follow the image. industrialrevolution.com offers a free plug-in (CoverFlux) that does this BUT it is only available for the Mac OS.

Building the effect would make a great tutorial.
