Red 4.2.1/Continuum 4

Red 4.2.1/Continuum 4

I just purchased Red 4.2.1 but the new version doesn't see my continuum 4 filters such as lens flare, glare, etc. I have a popup that says "Cannot find plugin" I've tried reinsalling Continuum 4 but no help. Any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

From your description I'm guessing that you must be using a Mac and if this is indeed the case I believe the problem is that you have an older version of BCC 4 installed. Try downloading the updater from our web site to see if this corrects the problem.

You should also be aware that almost all of the filters from BCC 4 are included in RED 4.2 as native filter effects.
