Is it possible to output my audio through the AJA Kona LHi instead of through the speaker on my tower? I can't find any settings in the AJA Control Panel or in Soundtrack Pro that lets me do that.

One way is to go into your apple system prefs>sound>output. In the list you will see your AJA device. Set this to the aja kona card. Sound tracks (as well as all your computer sounds will route through the Kona. When I do this (I don't keep my system setup this way all the time) I make sure that I turn all the system sound effect OFF.
