Export All submixes and Master-mix at the same time

Hello

I have a simple but long project (94 minutes) with 3 sub-mixes DLG / MSC / SFX all sent to a Stereo Master Mix, and Like to save time exporting splits and master at the same time.

Is there any way to export both Sub-mixes only and MAster at the same time? I have some options on the exported items but no the one I need.


Any direction is very welcome.
