I'm afraid so (able to use the program for more than an hour on a g5). Actually, I haven't had any crashes yet. Have you gone through the routine (trash prefs, re-install, gnash teeth, impact adjustment, etc.) yet? I don't suggest the last one, but the first two might just work. Try trashing your prefs. If that doesn't work, I suggest a fresh install. The program does work.

Cute (UTube). I might suggest working with both the EQ and the noise filter on your dialogue. That audio coulb be cleaned up quite a bit. Try it in STP.

Believe it or not, that's got a noise gate, compressor, and eq on the dialogue track. We only used a shotgun mic (the wireless mics are coming but weren't here in time). That, coupled with some low audio, resulted in our crap noise. I might go back and retool it a bit, it really is dirty audio.
Thanks!

First thing I would do is to take the noise gate out (it is way too obvious) and then use the remove noise process on the voice track. I would do three or four passes removing the noise; a little each time refining as I went along-this helps to prevent glassiness in the voice. Then I would get some ambient noise and and put it way under the voice. As it is, it sounds like you cut in clips of dialogue and that interrupts the continuity of the shot.
