I recorded a lecture from a sound board to my video camera and I have pretty bad hiss on it. How should I go about reducing it, and it there a tutorial around about fequencies and how to take it out?

Make a noise print of the hiss and try Reduce Noise. Or use the EQ to try to eliminate the noise. You will just have to search for the hiss frequency, but it should be a fairly high freq. As for tutorials, I suggest you "Google" it.
