Media Vault
by michael rothman on Sep 24, 2009 at 7:19:21 pm

Hi,
My Media Vault RX was up and running and then i ejected it by mistake. When i rebooted it only one side A seems to be lighting up and not side B. So it's not showing up on my desktop. I tried to look for a tech support number online and it seems as if they've gone out of buisness. Any help to get this up and running would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks so much,
michael

I have a U320 that occssionally goes down.

Did you hear 6 beeps?

that's what happens to me.

1) I unplug the power
2) unplug the scsi connectors in the back
3) plug the scsi connectors back in
4) plug the power back in
5) let the drives fully spin up
6) restart my mac
7) wave dead chicken leg
8) pray

good luck.
