Best practice for 1080P 25 -> BD

Tried converting a 1080P25 XDCAM for BD using the presets to 50i in Adobe Media Encoder, bit the interlacing makes the resulting BD play back a little jittery. Any ideas or pointers to a good workflow / conversion setting for 25P material to BD?

The best solution here would be to conform your footage to 23.98 then author a 23.98 BD. I use Cinema Tools for this....hope someone chimes in with an Adobe workflow. There are tons tutorials on line as well

You will also need to adjust audio length and pitch as well

This is a perfect reason why you should always shoot 24p these days :)

Thx for answering. Any calculations for syncing audio from 25 fps to 23.98 fps?
