Looking for places to find menu templates

Does anyone know of any websites or exchanges or forums where I can find Royalty-free menu templates and menu art for Adobe Encore 1.5? ... specifically for DVD menu screens.

At least one place is www.menusformovies.com they have free templates for adobe encore and ulead software. They also sell some but they have a nice collection of freebies available. No strings attached. I saw another place somewhere but can't recall where it was.

Now...does anybody know where I can get free (or inexpensive) royalty free music tracks?
