I can't successful install Encore CS3.

I can't successful install Encore CS3.

I use the tryout version of Adobe CS3 Master Collection before.

Now, I install Encore again and want to activate it.
But, when I open Encore after install Adobe CS3 Master Collection again. It will auto close it.
I can't input the activate code.

Can you tell me the problems?
