internal software error

Using version 2.0 I received the error message: PGC"complete wedding"has an error @ 00;24;23;07 internal software error %0,line complete wedding - PGC info: name= complete wedding, ref= Bpgc, time 00;24;23;07
This has happened twice after hours of transcoding. I played the timeline and it looks just fine. I went to 24;23;07 and it showed no problem. Using check project I had no errors. I have no chapters. What does the error mean and how can I correct the problem.The project is 1:42 long

I have experienced the same problem with Encore CS3. I tried everything from encoding the movie to mpeg-2 in premiere, to reinstalling the software. Nothing helped. Did you find a solution to the problem. Thanks.
