File saving errors and burning errors

I have been using Encore for quite some time now and have never had any problem with creating a project except for this one particular file I am trying to burn.

The project goes completly normal and transcodes as it should, but once it gets to the buring part the message comes up "INVALID REQUESTED TIME: DVD ERROR -19004" What does that mean?

So I attempt to fix the problem and when it goes to save the project again it will not save and the message appears "FILE ERROR -16019" What does that mean?

I have attempted to completly start over with a completly new project several times with the same file but this keeps on occuring time and time again. Also the video file am i trying to burn does play normally and completly through when played in Premiere and Windows Media and also in the "Preview Now" section of Encore.

What can i do to fix this problem?
