Sliders: which is best?

I currently have a Sony EX1R and am looking to use a slider with this cam. Do you have any suggestions as to which sliders work best, (brand and model). I also am getting into DSLR video but am looking for a slider that may work well with both a small HD cam like the EX1R as well as a DSLR.
