XDCAM footage stuttering in FCP

	XDCAM footage stuttering in FCP by Matthew Kasey on Oct 27, 2009 at 12:16:18 am I'm using XDCAM footage (720p 23.98 fps) in a D1 sequence in FCP and there's a shot that tilts across a table (from bottom to top). it looks fine when i play it in the viewer, but when i edit into the sequence and render it, the footage looks steppy, like it doesn't play smooth across, kind of stuttering. any ideas? is there a filter that might help smooth this out? thanks Respond to this post   •   Return to posts index

No, most of the footage runs good, looks good, but it was just this one shot. I was just wondering if anyone had any similar situations with this type of footage and shot.
