XDCAM video sample wanted

Would someone please send me a 30 sec clip at highest resolution from an EX 1 or 3? I would like to test the speed and work flow on my system.
I have a iMac 24" with 4gb of ram; Lacie firewire drives;FCP 6.0.5

I'm considering buying an EX1, although everything I'm reading scares me.
I might be better for now with the Z7 and stay with tapes and the KISS principle. Although, the EX1 is tempting.

EX Sample Slip Disk
Vortexmedia sells a disk of EX clips for testing purposes. It would give you plenty to test out workflow and editing etc.
