... about to buy a PMW-EX1 ... best shoulder mount option recomended ???

a) red rock micro
b) stasis flex anton bauer
c) spiderbrace (very cheap)
d) any other one .....

I have an anton bauer dionic 90 (from my just sold JVC-HD110), so any recomeded setup to use the battery also would be greatly apreciated...

I have two of these:

They're a bit pricey if you pay full retail but they work okay as long as you don't have to walk and shoot at the same time. If you do, you have to pull the waist pad away from your body with your thumb first. Lots of adjustments on the brace, though.

Have you seen the PMW EX3?
This is a fairly good review of a pre release model.
