Providing a revised video file to an Austrian customer. Does that file need to be converted to PAL or as long as they are playing off a computer not a problem?

Thanks, John

If it's going to be watched on the computer you don't need to do any conversion. Also if it's HD most modern set will not have an issue. You'll only have to work about conversion if you are doing a broadcast or DVD type delivery.

Thanks Jared,

Originally they requested a Flash file, which I sent. But then I found out they were displaying the file on a large HD screen and not looking good according to them (not sure what size-getting little information). I understand Flash may not be the best for large screen display, that's why I was going to send them a MP4 file compressed in H.264. The original file I have to work with is 720X486 SD so it will get stretched. Any thoughts about this strategy?

Appreciate it,

John
