Clayton PennHinging Problems...

I am following Ken La Rue's Combustion 4 DVD training, Parenting and Hinging.

Created a New Comp
Created Solid Layer (Solid_1)
Duplicated this layer (Solid_2)

I then moved Solid_2 across about X:200 and select Hinge > Solid_1. Solid_2 completely disappears, the only indication is the wireframe display for Solid_2 is completely offscreen.

Is there anything I need to do here ?

I'm using Combustion 4.0.5. Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but I remember performing the same exercise using Combustion 4.0.2 (from the CD) and had no problems. Could this be a problem with either 4.0.3/4.0.4/4.0.5 ?

Regards,

Clayton
