weird menu display: Combustion 4

Hello
Having a strange problem when trying to retrieve a request code.
I open Combustion (version 4.0.4.5024, running on an Intel Mac, OS 10.5.7) in order to access the Activate button via: Help/About/Product Information.
The problem is: I have no Help menu! It doesn't matter what mode I am in (e.g., Basic, Paint, Composite, Text etc), the pull down menus are all there except "Help".
Does anyone still have this version? I cannot activate my copy without doing this apparently.
