3D Post Texture replace filter

I'm trying to use the texture filter to replace the "lid" of a box created in Max. I have all the relevant channels created in the RPF file. When I select the "lid" it changes color, but doesn't show the footage I have selected. Any ideas?

Often overlooked: the lid must have had some sort of bitmap texture applied in Max (even a solid color), or the texture co-ords don't get embedded in the RPF.

uhhhhh.
No bright ideas here.
My only suggestion would be try a new project, and see if starting "fresh" helps. If it does, you could try importing the old workspace to a new workspace, that sometimes fixes things.
