Quicktime render on C* 4

I've had this odd problem while finishing a short-film shot in a HVX-200, at 720p and stored at a P2 fire store:
after color grading the film (it came to me from FCP as a .mov, de-interlaced, at 23.98 fps, 1080x720), I renderd it with DVCPro 720p60i codec, at the same frame rate.
But the result (for several times) was a crappy image, even less defined than a DV one, heavily aliased.
Any ideas about what's causing it? Anybody got a suggestion as how get over it?

I have had a similar problem when working with specific codecs in C4. I have gotten around this by only working with file sequences. If I can't work with sequences, I use Uncompressed QTs (chose NONE when rendering from QT). Also if you must render out a QT from combustion, once again render a Uncompressed QT out. If you need the QT to be a specific codec, then convert it outside of combustion.
