 | Video Footage duration

Hy, I have a video footage and its duration is five seconds, I have to use it for more than five seconds in the timeline (that is 30s) and I think there's another way than duplicate the footage to fill the timeline with many istance of it. Is there a way to tells the footage that after 5 seconds it has to be freezed or loop, or do a Ping Pong etc without duplicate it five times?
thanks

If you want even deeper control, just add a TIMEWARP operator, then you can stop it, 'rewind' it, slo-mo, etc...
