What physically ships with Combustion 4 upgrade?

If I order the phyiscal shipment upgrade for Mac from combustion 3, does that come with a printed manual or electronic manual?
Reason I am asking is, why wait for just a cd-rom, if I can download it now and start using it if it only comes with an electronic manual (the current unfortunate trend in the industry, in my opinion)?

I can't speak for the Mac version, but C4 PC Upgrade came with 2 CDs the install and new feature videos (same as the website versions, but higher res) and a voucher for a physical manual w/ free shipping. This saves them on cost as they don't have to ship manuals for every copy.
