hi there
i have a cineon seq 99 frames, 2048 x 1167 approx 900mb now just playing the seq in preview or best c tells me it has "encountered a error and will close etc etc" it only manages to load a sec or two ...now it will play just fine in medium and draft...so feels like a memory problem?
2 gigs of ram
on win xp pro 2.8 gig
any ideas how to get past this?
thanks
s

that size frame takes up 7,170,048 bytes of ram. 99 frames = 709,834,752 or about 700 megs with no operators applied. is the footage local to that machine? that will help things for sure.
