Problem with rotating/jagged edges

I saw there was a posting about this but it still didn't solve my problem...

trying to rotate an image in indesign and it gets a jagged pixelated edge. I've read about why that happens but what can I do so it doesn't look so ugly? Does design just have to loose out and I can't use angles.. this doesn't seem right that everything should have to be straight!


any insight much appreciated. gotta hand this in tonight though so gotta figure something out soon!
