Hi,

I am facing the problem in Adobe Indesign CS4. While doing pagination I need to delete a text frame. When I clicked the frame indesign quit unexpectedly. Please give a solution.

Try to resave the document with the "save as..." command. Then edit that new file.
If that doesn't work, try to export the document as an InDesign Exchange file (*.inx) Then edit the inx file. (of course save the document afterwards if this works)
