Problem when distilling .EPS

Ok i got this problem since the last couples of weeks.
When i'm done with my files in InDesign, i export my files to mak .EPS (with file, export). After i open Adobe Distiller and drag all my .EPS in Distiller to create .PDF but the program tell me that the files is being used by another program. The thing is i tried to close this computer and try again on another one and it still tell me the same error message.
The only solution i found is to make copy and copy of my files until i finally get to convert it to PDF.
Its pretty frustrating getting this error every week so, if you have any ideas what can cause it, please reply me. Thank you!
