Who knows were i can get this sort of plug in?

Hi i was just wondering if anyone knew were i could get the type of effect used in this video with the random numbers and shapes any help would be appreciated a great deal

The random numbers and shapes that flash on in various parts of the video are generically called something like "film flash" or "flash frames" or maybe even "film clutter." You can probably search those terms and find stock footage (at someplace like Artbeats) or tutorials on how to make them.

There may be plug-ins to generate them, but you could just use a graphic and composite it with your footage.
