Heelp, my Magic Bullet don't work anymore!!

I have just bought a new PC with windows7 and cs4

1: Where should I innstall Magic Bullet?? ( in premiere )

2; It looks like this now http://i38.tinypic.com/w15slk.jpg

3. i don't get any Look Suite effect controls or pre made effects!

Is that an old version of MB? I use MB and in Premiere it looks like effects/magic bullet/looks.

Maybe you need to update?

It looks like it should work fine. Check your options/preferences tab and make sure your settings are set to default. Other than that, I am not sure at this time.
