Matrox MXO2 complaints

I am in the process of updating my three Matrox AXIO systems
I have two Matrox LE'systems and one Matrox HD-SD system.
These edit systems have cost me a lot of money through lack of support by Matrox. Even their latest 5.12 drivers don't address serious issues and at last they have closed the AXIO product down without fixing the ongoing issues.
Much of our client library is on Matrox files and I need to keep one system and replace the others with Black Magic? hopefully for better support and preformance, Of course the easy solution would be to replace the AXIO hardware with the three MXO2 boxs
The so-called “Loyalty Program for Matrox Axio owners to change over to the Matrox MXO2 product is for many people, little to no compensation for what they consider is unsupported product!
For me to reinvest would be like asking the tortured prisoner, if he wants the flogging to continue.
