Idx Cam Wave C5-HD vs Matrox MX02

My new IDX Cam Wave C5-HD seem have problems with SDI input of my (new) Matrox MX02.
You can see which result I have acquired with Final Cut 6.06 and various settings and Matrox codec in the following image frame (note the noise only in non white area) http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/7510/matroxmxo2vsidxc5hdfram.png.
Sound have no problems.
Connect the MXO2 direct to SDI camera output (Panasonic HPX301E) have no problems.
My sys MBP 2.96GH, OS10.5.7, 8GB RAM, FCP 6.0.6, QT 7.6.2
Matrox MXO2, 1.5.1.
Suggest, solution?
