MXO 1 and ATI 4870 HD

There seems to be a problem. Brand new Mxo 1 arrived yesterday and was hooked to my 2009 Nehalem MacPro with it's ATI 4870 HD and ... sound problem.

- nothing comes out of embedded white mini jack cable
- out of RCA's: horrible distorted sound

just spoke with support ... new drivers are in beta test !

(just in case someone would run into the same)

For those interested, a patch was recently released that resolves the audio distortion issue with the MXO and ATI Radeon 4800 series video cards ... see here:
