CompressHD 25P workflow

I'm really stuggling with this..
I'm using the card to make H.264 Blu-Ray files to burn discs with Toast 10. I'm coming from ProRes 25P 1080 files exported from FCP. As you guys probably all know there is no 25P standard for Blu-Ray.
Every time I get really juddery pictures. I've tried conforming the file to 23.976 in Cinema Tools and encoding the resulting 24P file with the Matrox 24P preset, I've tried rendering the sequence in FCP to 50i and then encoding with the Matrox 50i preset, and also I've tried simply changing the setting in the Matrox 50i preset to 'progressive' (this recommended by Matrox Customer Care) and no joy, always a juddery mess.

ok maybe I'm too early with this card as it's only been out a few weeks!! or maybe nobody is using this workflow? should I mybe shoot 24P with my EX cams - then again I had no joy with a 24P file either and I still need to produce 25P SD DVD versions???

Sorry Gary, I've no experience with the Compress HD or the workflow's you're trying to implement ... I'm planning to upgrade my MXO2 to a "Max" model soon. Hopefully then I'll be better able to contribute to CompressHD discussions.
Hood luck with your tests, and please do post back with your results workarounds and / or solutions
Cheers
Andy

thanks Andy, cheers for the response. I"m really impressed with the speed of encode, generally a tad faster than real time which is great, although no good to me yet!! I'll keep plugging away and hopefully sort this out - it may be down to my BD player or projector so I'll test a bit further.
