Importing AJA 2K projects into Matrox Axio

I upgraded to the Matrio Axio LE card recently and would like to import older projects that were previously created using the AJA Xena 2K card. After the import, whenever I try to use any of the MOV files (from the AJA project)in the project window, I get the message "Import Process Server.exe has stopped working. Does anyone know of a way to edit with the Matrix Axio LE card using projects previously created with the AJA Xena 2K card?
