Maxtrox MX02 Mini vs BlackMagic Intensity Pro

Which is better? Pros and Con's of each?
The main issue is- Which is the better bang for the buck?
- What is the price difference?
- Do you own either or have you used both-pros and cons?
-And finally- Does the Intensity Pro actually provide hardware acceleration for rendering in FCP when you are not using it for ingesting/display/ or any type of external output.

If you look a couple of posts down I posted Matrox's comparison with Intensity Pro. MXO2 Mini is a lot better for many reasons.
What is the price difference? Well, prior to finding out about the MXO2 Mini the price on the Intensity Pro was $345. After they found out about the Mini, Blackmagic dumped the price down to $199. I guess they realized that the MXO2 Mini is TWICE as good as their product ;-)
