Matrox software only codec not working

I'm trying to play Matrox DSLE AVI files on a Win XP system. I installed
the Matrox codec for software playback (no DS board installed) but all
I get is blank files. The clips import, but there is no video.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Bob, in order to playback Matrox Digisuite Legacy files on your Windows XP system you will require the Axio 4.0 software codecs to be installed.

Please download the (Axio_40Update.zip)(125 MB) located here: http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/axio/downloads/softwares/release4.0U...

Unzip the file, then open the "VFW Software Codecs" folder and double click on the VFWCodecs.exe to install the codec.

You may need the Matrox M.key ...

Thanks Bassel and Lyn. I can play the files on one computer and it shows them as being LEAD MCMP MJPEG codec. I will download the files you recommend and see if it works on the other computer.
