DVD Workshop 2.231 - Burn Project to Disc Error

Hi. I have done up a project, but when I click on the 'burn project to disc' button I get a windows error "Ulead DVD Workshop has encountered a problem and needs to close".

The last line of the technical report contains 0x0001bc20 if that means anything?

If I create a project with just 1 menu it works fine!

What doesn't DVD WS 2 like about my project?!

Try rendering to ISO or DVD Folders before you try burning to DVD.
There have been updates for DVDWS 2.

Hi,

Thanks for responding. I have now installed every update on the Ulead website and I'm still getting the error. I can't even get to the screen that lets me render to ISO and DVD because the error comes up when I try to access it.

The only other thing short of re-installing the OS is to remove all Ulead software, reboot and re-install.
I still use DVDWS 2 sometimes too but I've moved on to DVD Architect from Sony for most things.
