I've actually always had an eye on Quantel as an edit*, FCP, and Adobe PPro replacement for awhile now, except for the exorbitant price! Do you have any idea what "Joe and Ed" will go for in US dollars??

The price for the software version will be around the price of a FCP Studio. The hardware solution price is not official yet. I have been working with Quantels Compass Training Software (V3.7) for some time and i´m starting to get used but it´s a different NLE from what i´m used to work with. May not suit everyone but has for shure its pros.
