Suitable and cheap high-fps HD Cameras..

Hi there,
I'm a photographer by trade, and have very little technical knowledge of video, so I apologise in advance for my apparent ignorance.
I am working on an album cover for a band, and need to take a single frame of a high fps slow motion sequence for the main artwork.
First of all, are there any affordable (to rent or buy) cameras that can stretch to 100 fps or even 500 fps?
Also I've heard about some software called 'twixter' for After Effects, which fills in frames in slow motion sequences.. would that be a possible solution?
Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Twixtor makes some fine plug-ins, but capturing the image is going to give much better results as opposed to interpreting the data between two points in time.

Tim Wilson - editor of Creative Cow showed me the Casio HD camera for $400 that shoots 10,000 FPS. It is probably the perfect product
for your application. The demo video showed a high speed drill bit, going in slow motion. If Tim doesn't respond on this forum, go to the first Creative Cow forum (Cow feedback) and ask there.
