HDCam to 35mm Film

I may be opening a can of worms here but I'm going to ask the questions anyways :) I've been trying to find out about shooting HDCam footage and having a final edited product in 35mm to be played back at movie theaters. What major considerations am I going to have to take into account in setting up the camera, shooting and editing? I'm shooting on a hdw730s and editing on an octocore, with an AJA card, a raid and 16gb of ram. Thanks!
