	Satamax down by Matt Kerstein (mauimatt) on May 14, 2008 at 8:07:41 pm Well......now that Promax is gone and there is no more tech support for me. I'll need you Gary and everyone else a lot more! Anyone know how to get a satamax back up with a volume that does not light up on the front panel? Disc Utility does not see it to run a repair disc. Respond to this post Return to posts index

However Disk Utility does not work well with more custom case solutions, since they all have some sort of special sauce setup and config. Promax was using our 4 port eSATA card (FASTA-4e) bundled in every MacPro turnkey that had a SATAMAX product as the external storage. #2. Jason Deubler, formerly of Gmax & Promax is now working with us & has an intimate knowledge of the SATAMAX product.
