Panasonic DVCPRO HD 100

Hi I am shooting a 110 min comedy I am using the Sony 750p and plan to use Finalcut for editing. However i would like to use the Panasonic DVCPRO HD 100 codec for easy work flow. Dos anyone know how i can accomplish this.

yes -
you will purchase an AJA or Blackmagic card to capture this material from your HD-VTR. Both products will supply you with the DVCProHD Codec, which you select from the EASY SETUPS menu in Final Cut Pro.

Always use a professional video card (from AJA or Blackmagic) to capture, monitor, and output from Final Cut Pro.

you can shoot directly to the format using a P2 camera
