P2 and the Macbook Pro?

Does anyone know how to use P2 cards with a Macbook Pro, any adapters available that would make the Macbook even remotely as usefull as an old Powerbook?

The only options you have are expensive ones. Either use the camera to dump the cards, and lose it for production during that time, or get the P2 Store ($1800) or the 5 card P2 reader from Panasonic ($2000).
Or get a $600 Dell or Sony laptop with PCMCIA slots and use that in the field.
We are all awaiting the SINGLE, inexpensive, P2 card reader.
