Phantom 65

Has anyone seen or used the Phantom 4k camera. I know they were used for slo mo at the World Series last month. I am interested in their use for films and typical long form shows.

I've played with it twice... I used it once, and I also played with it at NAB, with the rep there to answer questions... I was able to use my Nikon lenses on it... The rep asked me, did I want to see the sensor... I said sure... He took off the lens, and there it was... One single CMOS 65mm sensor, nothing in front of it... It reminded me of an SLR camera. Nothing like I'd ever seen in a video camera. It almost takes us back to the original days of film, when that's all there was... I thought that was pretty cool... Reminds me alot of an SLR camera, but no reflector... I asked them, who did they plan on competing with. They said, "Anyone who's making a 4K camera." According to him, there have been many commercials shot with it. The same company makes a digital camera capable of 1000 fps, and I think it's the camera used on Mythbusters... Not 100% on that. Anyone here work on that show?

I've used some SD versions of the phantom cameras for high speed capture.

They are amazing and REALLY tough.
