Ouestions regarding FCP Offline to Nitris Workflow

Hello,
I shot an HDCAM project on the F900 recently. We've dubbed the footage to DVCPRO (25) and are doing the offline edit in Fincal Cut Pro HD. We plan to use the FCP EDL and finish the project on Avid Nitris. I was wondering if someone could layout the capture and sequence settings for the offline edit, so that we don't have problems once we go to upres. The HDCAM footage is 23.98 and the DVC dubs are 29.97.
Do we capture with or without advanced pulldown?
Is the FCP sequence 29.97 or 23.98?
What EDL settings should be used?
This will be my first experience with the Nitris system, and I want to make sure there aren't any headaches once it's time to finish.
Thanks,

You'd probably be better off going with the Automatic Duck route which can import an FCP OMF (or XML) directly to Avid. The Avid editor will simply open up your project as an Avid project and be ready to re-capture.
We do this all the time going from Avid to FCP. Avid editors give me their OMF and then I use the Duck to import that OMF to FCP. Then I'm ready to finish the project in HD. It works extremely well and so much better than the EDL route.
